Due to impending major construction and ongoing research projects, the holding a public events has been 

placed on hiatus.  Please contact the Program Coordinator if there are any questions.  We thank those who 

have assisted with this event and others over the past five years and urge you to keep in contact with our 

web site while we change our mission and goals from the arboretum as "park" to the arboretum as an urban

landscape ecology research center, which studies the effect of human interaction on the environment.  In 

the future, we plan to offer outreach programs that reflect this essential and burgeoning research area.
